The ProCon Grumbach AvianSelect XXL Pro without water tank has been specially developed for breeders who demand the highest standards of technology, reliability, and flexibility. With a capacity of up to 420 chicken eggs on 10 trays, this unit is ideal for medium to large incubation batches—whether in professional breeding facilities, laboratories, zoos, or advanced hobby breeding.
Thanks to its modular design, the AvianSelect XXL Pro can be used not only as an incubator but also as a brooder, making it ideal for caring for newly hatched chicks. This makes the unit perfectly suited to the changing requirements of everyday breeding operations.
The unit is controlled via the new, intuitive CTD7 control system, which is available in either the Basic or Pro version.
The Basic version includes all essential functions, such as digital temperature control, humidity monitoring, motorized egg turning, and a cooling function—comparable to the previous GTFS control system.
The Pro version additionally provides Wi-Fi-based online features, including live data monitoring, an incubation calendar, egg data management, and automatic notifications when operating values deviate from the specified settings. Remote diagnostics by ProCon Grumbach are also possible, enabling fast troubleshooting whenever required.
A particular highlight is the digitally adjustable cooling timer, which allows cooling intervals and resting phases during incubation to be individually programmed.
The gentle, motor-driven roller turning system supports optimal embryo development, regardless of egg size.
The unit is also future-ready and can optionally be expanded with features such as CO₂ and O₂ sensors, app connectivity, or automatic UV disinfection in the water tank. A version with a stainless-steel interior will also be available soon.
