BSS 300 Hatcher / Incubator
After hatching slip occurs in the BSS 300 . Temperature and humidity should be adjusted to the egg on hatching day. When the hatching day is reached it is advisable to remove the turning frame and lay the eggs on the grid floor. The temperature during hatching should be approx. 37 °C.
The precise electronic temperature control ensures a further energy-saving effect. A super silent air circulation system ensures even heat distribution. The safety of the animals is guaranteed by an adjustable temperature monitor. Humidity can be continuously adjusted up to nearly 100%, and is automatically maintained according to the brooding instructions. In order for the air bubble to grow successfully, the humidity can be reduced via a tank flap.
The adjustable cool-down timer stops the heating if necessary, the fan ensures sufficient oxygen and after the cool-down phase the brood temperature is automatically raised again to the previous value.
Crucial for every breeder is the reliable development of the embryos. This is ensured by a gentle rolling turn, adjustable to any egg size, and the programmable motor turn. The digital display ensures constant monitoring of the humidity.
